Fresh chicken breast, pan seared, with a thin slice of Prosciutto ham in a Marsala wine cream sauce with sauteed mushrooms, fresh basil, and toasted pine nuts, served over penne pasta with an asparagus garnish. Comes with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
